Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy and operations, including billing, collections, and reimbursement
• Optimize revenue cycle management while monitoring denial rates and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Drive cross-functional partnerships to enhance performance across the revenue cycle continuum

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare
• At least 5 years in an executive leadership role
• Experience with Managed Medicaid payers and state-specific billing rules
• Certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) or equivalent preferred
