Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Clerk for a 12+ month remote contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-routine tasks related to Pricing Agreement (PA) Renewals
- Document tasks into clear process flows and assist in developing training materials
- Proactively manage customer outreach and resolve inquiries or issues promptly
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes
- Proven administrative and customer service experience
- Confidence and independence in making follow-up calls to customers
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; SAP experience is a plus
