Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze workforce data to identify trends and forecast staffing needs
- Develop and maintain forecasting models and create dashboards to track performance metrics
- Conduct regular monitoring of performance metrics and provide actionable insights for operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced start-up or high-growth organization
- Prior sales or customer experience; education sales or tech-ed experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Experience with workforce scheduling and capacity planning
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques and reporting tools
