Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align staffing models with patient volume trends and quality benchmarks
- Oversee provider lifecycle management, including recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in ambulatory or multi-specialty environments
- Proven track record in strategic provider workforce management and performance improvement
- Familiarity with EPIC, workforce planning tools, and healthcare regulatory standards
