- Investigate and coordinate benefits for accident claims from various insurance policies
- Assist and train TPL Claims Representatives and Specialists while managing client-driven work queues
- Perform billing, payment posting, and document handling to ensure timely payment on claims
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Biller/Coder
- 1-5 years of experience in hospital billing preferred
- Experience with Claim Administrator/Emdeon is a significant advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems
