Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPL Team Lead to oversee accident claims and coordinate benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and coordinate benefits for accident claims from various insurance policies
  • Assist and train TPL Claims Representatives and Specialists while managing client-driven work queues
  • Perform billing, payment posting, and document handling to ensure timely payment on claims


Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Biller/Coder
  • 1-5 years of experience in hospital billing preferred
  • Experience with Claim Administrator/Emdeon is a significant advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems
