Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates the order life cycle for 3rd party services and manages order data
- Researches and manages vendor relationships, including setup and compliance
- Handles conflict resolution and escalations for service failures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in a fast-paced environment
- High school degree or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Experience in a moving or relocation company is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours and in various settings
- Proficient in PC skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
