Key Responsibilities

• Manage external partnerships, ensuring optimal performance and addressing escalations
• Lead quarterly business reviews with external partners to align on strategic objectives
• Monitor vendor invoices and maintain accurate records for payments and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Vendor Management, and Vendor Invoicing, preferably in the card ecosystem
• Experience with debit, prepaid, and credit card products
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience in report-building tools
• Customer-centric mentality with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
