Demand Planner, Supply Chain

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planner, Supply Chain (Contract) to support their North America team by leveraging data insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze past demand performance and maintain a rolling 12-month demand plan for North America
• Drive forecast accuracy by collaborating with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to provide data-driven insights
• Present updated forecasts and findings to cross-functional partners through dashboards and reports

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems, preferably Netsuite, SAP, or Oracle
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory management best practices
• Experience with consumer products in e-commerce or CPG is a plus
