General Manager of Mobility

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager, Mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue optimization to achieve growth targets
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet customer and market demands
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of the Mobility business strategy

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in operations and/or human capital management
• Proven success in scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance
• Experience leading complex, global teams in fast-paced organizations
• Deep understanding of customer needs with the ability to translate insights into strategies
• Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment is preferred
