Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracting Specialist - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer a variety of commercial agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract terms meet standards
• Implement and update policies and maintain best practices for contracts and procurement

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in contract management or compliance, or 2+ years in an in-house legal or contracts department
• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, law, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in the healthcare and/or technology industry is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in driving contract negotiations with cross-functional teams
• In-depth experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software is strongly preferred
