Key Responsibilities
- Map user capabilities and curate conversation flows while considering user needs and technological constraints
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to iterate on designs and implement user experiences
- Evaluate writing segments against guidelines and provide feedback, identifying patterns and suggesting improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in conversational design, UX writing, or related fields, with a focus on leading content strategy projects
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applications
- Experience in UX-focused product writing for multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing CxD-focused writing samples and style guidelines
