Key Responsibilities
- Own conversation design for AI Agents, ensuring seamless and engaging call interactions
- Collaborate with customers to identify unmet needs and craft transformative solutions
- Develop intent taxonomies and use analytics to improve AI Agent performance
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience designing AI-based experiences
- BS/MS degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Linguistics, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with business process modeling and self-service automation technologies
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI; knowledge of SQL or R/Python is a bonus
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for user experience
