Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team in San Francisco or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
• Lead ideation sessions and transform research into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Refine and contribute to design systems and processes to streamline product design

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience or UI design
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Strong understanding of design thinking and interaction design
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
