Core Rust Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Core Rust Engineer to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the core project, focusing on low-level optimizations and new indexing algorithms
• Implement GPU computing and support distributed deployment of the system
• Contribute to the architecture and performance enhancements of the search engine and database systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Rust programming
• Deep understanding of the Linux Kernel, including memory management and advanced networking concepts
• Expert knowledge in data structures and optimization techniques
• Good grasp of asynchronous programming concepts, particularly with futures and tokio
• Experience in designing and working with search engine and database architecture
