Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Engineer / Software Engineer (platform / core infrastructure).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure for horizontally scalable systems and services
• Tune and optimize AWS services for performance and reliability
• Drive observability strategies and collaborate with engineers and researchers for product development

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
• Track record of performance tuning across cloud services and databases
• Familiarity with observability practices and hybrid deployments
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CDK
• Passion for building scalable monitoring strategies and disaster recovery plans
