Key Responsibilities

• Review and purchase non-QM loans from correspondent lenders, ensuring compliance with internal and investor guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with correspondent lenders to facilitate smooth loan purchase transactions
• Conduct due diligence on loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and resolving discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in correspondent lending, loan purchasing, or mortgage operations, focusing on non-QM loan products
• Strong understanding of non-QM loan products, guidelines, and underwriting criteria
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing loan files
• Strong analytical skills to assess risk and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and mortgage software
