Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outsourced financial management services and serve in various financial management roles for FQHCs
• Oversee multiple client relationships concurrently and lead project work in areas such as revenue optimization and financial analysis
• Assess FQHC finance department performance and develop strategies to improve financial operations and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare finance; FQHC experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, and reimbursement systems
• Experience with enterprise-level financial accounting systems
