Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with expense report submissions and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage Concur Help Desk tickets and provide email inbox support
- Support the Corporate Card Program by monitoring inquiries from cardholders
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Concur expense management system
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures in an aerospace and defense context
- Experience with credit card management and related processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
