A company is looking for a Financial Coordinator to provide financial information and support to patients navigating their recovery journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients with insurance, billing inquiries, payments, and subscription renewals
- Document financial clearance information and update patient records as needed
- Research financial options for services not covered by third-party payors and manage patient accounts receivable
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in high-touch customer service or healthcare
- Proficiency in computer technology and experience with multiple software systems
- Solid working knowledge of insurance plans and patient financial responsibilities
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven teams
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
