Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Insurance Senior Finance Analyst specializing in tax accounting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the FICA Tax process for worksite disability policyholders
- Calculate, withhold, and remit employee and employer portions of FICA taxes in accordance with IRS regulations
- Coordinate the preparation and filing of Forms 941 and W-2 to ensure proper tax reporting
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of finance and/or accounting practices, preferably in an insurance environment
- Demonstrated ability to create efficiencies and think outside the box
- Desire to continually improve and grow professionally
- Self-driven with the ability to manage ambiguity and influence change
- Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
