Head of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process and develop financial models while coordinating input from the leadership team
• Analyze results against budget assumptions, highlight variances, and provide monthly forecasts
• Manage the Subscription Operations Specialists and foster a culture of performance and accountability within the team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an FP&A role
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in FP&A for a SAAS company
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• Knowledge of accounting concepts or IFRS accounting standards
• Deep understanding of SAAS metrics and experience with financial modeling
