Director of Finance and Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting to guide executive decision-making
• Provide strategic financial insights and operational recommendations to enhance growth and profitability

Required Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive finance and operations experience, particularly in FP&A
• Proven experience in professional services or similar client-focused industries
• Experience in M&A and post-acquisition integration is a plus
• People-management experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment with evolving priorities
