Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Payment and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret executed provider contract provisions and ensure accurate entry into the physician compensation tool
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate provider payments
• Conduct quality reviews on provider compensation calculations and assist in educating others on compensation matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in physician contracting or compensation management
• Strong contract interpretation and abstraction skills
• Proficiency in mathematical skills related to compensation calculations
• Experience in conducting quality reviews and audits
