Manager of RCM Financial Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, RCM Financial Analysis to provide analytical support to the Enterprise Service Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with ESD leadership to translate business needs into analytical outputs and visualizations
• Collect, compute, and analyze large data sets for reporting needs
• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and manage tools in Excel and Smartsheet

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Previous RCM analysis experience in the healthcare field preferred
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel functions
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
• Experience supporting operational teams in a healthcare or RCM environment is preferred
