Associate Actuary (ACAS)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Actuary (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead rate development, reserving, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory filings
• Design and maintain financial models, providing insights for strategic planning and reinsurance strategies
• Mentor team members and manage engagements with external consultants while presenting findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related field
• Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) required
• 4+ years of actuarial experience in the property and casualty insurance industry
• 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience strongly preferred
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
