FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to develop functional roadmaps and metrics for financial and operational targets
• Maintain monthly GTM headcount and expense forecasts in collaboration with functional BPs and Corporate FP&A team
• Coordinate Monthly Operational Review meetings to analyze performance and support informed decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline
• 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience with a successful track record
• Knowledge of FP&A and financial accounting principles, preferably in a high-growth B2B software/SaaS environment
• Experience in building driver-based financial models and understanding related outputs
• Ability to perform under tight timelines in a dynamic environment
