Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company's financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning models
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking
• Partner with business unit leaders to provide strategic financial support and improve financial outcomes

Required Qualifications and Education

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership FP&A role
• Strong experience in SaaS or tech-enabled services; healthcare industry exposure is a plus
• Experience leveraging modern financial technology to drive efficiency
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance metrics
• Formal training in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
