Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to understand key drivers and influence business decisions for revenue growth and profitability
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests
• Manage FP&A operations activities, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance commentary

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a finance role at a public tech company; experience in management consulting or private equity is a plus
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; M.B.A. or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Experience working closely with senior executives and driving complex cross-functional projects
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; proficiency with SQL and statistical tools is a plus
• Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving business landscape
