Finance Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loyalty Finance Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the loyalty team to conduct financial analyses on program benefits and enhancements
• Perform complex analytical reviews and variance analysis for balance sheets and income statements
• Assist in managing departmental accounting deadlines, SOX compliance, and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience preferred
• CPA preferred
• Experience with and/or knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus
• Must be willing to work extended hours during peak periods
