Commercial FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial FP&A Manager to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, DTC, Retail, and Brand teams to guide investment decisions and deliver actionable financial insights
• Own financial performance management by analyzing key drivers across revenue, margin, and operating expenses
• Develop financial models and tools to simplify complexity and enable better decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in financial management or FP&A
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred
• Strong understanding of P&L and profitability analysis; working knowledge of CPG financials preferred
• Experience using ERP and planning systems
• High level of motivation and energy with a proactive can-do attitude
