Job Summary
A company is looking for a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple queues and new product workflows within the CRM system for product setup and maintenance
- Review implementation packages for accuracy, follow up on missing documentation, and communicate setup status to sales officers
- Implement new products and services for clients, ensuring accuracy and recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field required
- 4 to 6 years of Banking and Treasury Management experience required
- Experience in the banking industry with an understanding of basic banking operations and Treasury Management products
- Knowledge of relevant operating systems, applications, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
