Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounting processes and ensure clients receive valuable insights
• Manage monthly financial close, KPI measurement, and lead client meetings
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and oversee internal accounting processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience at a Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
