Finance Associate, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Associate, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models
• Support annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes
• Provide monthly financial variance analysis and run budget/operational review meetings

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analytical roles involving budgeting/planning and financial modeling
• Experience in a high-growth eCommerce/CPG company is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in managing large data sets and building complex models
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or MS Dynamics is required
• Hands-on experience with complex data sets and analytical problem-solving
