Life Valuation Actuary

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuary in Life Valuation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to redesign and develop new tools and processes for production valuation reporting
• Support the production valuation process for various life products
• Consult on complex valuation projects related to reinsurance and new product designs, while maintaining knowledge of regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5-7+ years of actuarial experience with actuarial credentials (FSA or ASA)
• Substantial knowledge of life products and general insurance business
• Strong understanding of regulatory/accounting/capital frameworks (STAT/GAAP/Tax, RBC)
• Understanding of financial statements and projections
