Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and ensure value delivery from finance and accounting functions
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll visibility
• Oversee monthly financial close, KPI management, and lead client meetings with insights for business owners

Required Qualifications

• Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• 10 years of experience at Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
