Senior Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PS leadership to develop and execute an annual operating plan focused on revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Own end-to-end financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the PS P&L
• Analyze monthly financial results, prepare executive-level reports, and monitor performance against plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling
• Experience with financial planning tools such as Anaplan or Oracle
• Experience in Professional Services finance, including revenue forecasting and recognition (ASC 606)
