Senior Risk Management Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Risk Management Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Non-QM loans and ensure compliance with established guidelines
• Review loans for adherence to GSE, HUD, VA, and USDA requirements
• Conduct risk-based reviews on loans based on expected performance and repayment ability

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience underwriting Non-QM loans with complex financial statements
• 5+ years of experience preparing cash flows for partnerships and corporations
• 5+ years of experience underwriting GSE, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
• Experience with automated loan origination systems
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
