CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee and scale core accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring preparation of reconciliations and US GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Collaborate with external tax advisors and payroll providers to maintain compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public companies, high-growth startups, or public accounting
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and operational accounting processes
• Proficiency with accounting systems (NetSuite, QBO), Excel, and Google Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant experience
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
