Senior Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Specialist who will play a critical role in scaling revenue operations infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
• Drive collections efforts by monitoring receivables and resolving disputes to improve payment cycles

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred
• Strong understanding of billing systems and invoicing workflows, with experience in platforms like NetSuite or Salesforce
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for billing analysis and reconciliation
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and process automation
