A company is looking for a Director, Accounting Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Accounting Transformation Initiatives by leading projects to streamline and automate accounting processes
• Enhance Operational Efficiency by improving month-end close, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Support Strategic Initiatives by providing accounting expertise for business projects like international expansion and mergers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA designation
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate and/or public accounting
• Demonstrated success in leading transformational projects focused on process improvements
• Deep working knowledge of US GAAP and experience managing controls within a SOX framework
