Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit & Collections Analyst responsible for managing accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Review delinquent accounts and discuss upcoming due dates with customers
• Process payments, make payment arrangements, and handle customer inquiries regarding collections
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare necessary documentation for write-offs and adjustments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree in Business preferred
• 2 years of experience in credit and collections
