CPA Director of Revenue Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Accounting to lead its revenue recognition function and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the revenue accounting function in alignment with strategic goals
• Oversee the month-end revenue close process for accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate and enhance revenue recognition and order-to-cash processes for efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required
• 10+ years of public accounting and SaaS industry experience, preferably with Big 4 background
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 and software revenue recognition
• Experience leading high-performing accounting teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ERP system experience; NetSuite preferred
