Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and Financial Advisory Teams to manage tax documentation and resolve inquiries
- Set up and manage data in tax operations systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Oversee tax operations workflow, including document processing, tracking, and compliance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of tax operations administration experience
- Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Salesforce, and CCH Axcess Document
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work long hours during peak tax seasons
