Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee and execute its multi-state payroll function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process multi-state payroll for over 350 employees, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll transactions
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related issues and reporting needs
  • Maintain HRIS database and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience; 4+ years of payroll management
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience with Paylocity HRIS and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
