Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee and execute its multi-state payroll function.
Key Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for over 350 employees, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll transactions
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related issues and reporting needs
- Maintain HRIS database and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience; 4+ years of payroll management
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
- Experience with Paylocity HRIS and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
