Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processing and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes payroll information by calculating, posting, and disbursing payments
- Generates and processes notice of change (NOC) reports and responds to verification of employment requests
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and handling other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a finance-related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical roles
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to navigate between multiple applications
- Experience working virtually with minimal supervision
