CPA Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Reporting and Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and review of reporting documents in accordance with GAAP, including SEC filings and internal reports
• Collaborate with the general accounting team for month-end close and corporate financial reports
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage the financial quarterly review and annual audit process with external auditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or related field
• CPA and public accounting experience required (Big 4 preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, financial reporting, or similar role
• Experience utilizing Oracle NetSuite and Workiva preferred
• High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking
