Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with billing inquiries
- Generate, edit, and send out customer invoices as needed
- Process electronic billing invoices and resolve errors for successful invoice uploading
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of high-volume call center experience preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge of the company's products and services
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Positive attitude and strong desire to contribute as a team member
