Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record daily and monthly journal entries
• Review monthly income statements for multiple locations and ensure timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Assist with the year-end audit and provide ad-hoc support to the department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience in an Accounting position, preferably with a mid-size company with multiple locations
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with intercompany transactions and knowledge of Oracle NetSuite accounting system preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
