Credit and Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit and Collections Representative TEMP-TO-HIRE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collection process for assigned territories via phone & email
• Negotiate payment plans for delinquent customers and communicate updates with management
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and perform account reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or training in business-related courses
• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B collection environment
• Experience in the service and/or construction industry is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft GP Dynamics
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
