Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support third-party cost reports and assist with related audits
• Coordinate and compile data for cost report completion from various sources
• Conduct research and provide documentation for necessary workpapers and schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HFMA Certified Hospital Cost Report Specialist (CHCRS)
• Two or more years of experience with Medicare Cost reports and related audits
• Experience with hospital electronic health record systems and cost reporting applications
• Advanced computer and spreadsheet skills, primarily in Excel
• Three years of experience in healthcare accounting, finance, or reimbursement preferred
