A company is looking for a Reimbursement Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support third-party cost reports and assist with related audits
- Coordinate and compile data for cost report completion from various sources
- Conduct research and provide documentation for necessary workpapers and schedules
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HFMA Certified Hospital Cost Report Specialist (CHCRS)
- Two or more years of experience with Medicare Cost reports and related audits
- Experience with hospital electronic health record systems and cost reporting applications
- Advanced computer and spreadsheet skills, primarily in Excel
- Three years of experience in healthcare accounting, finance, or reimbursement preferred
